Staff. Very helpful. Great breakfast, good welcome.
Noise from neighboring room until 3.30a.m both nights. Sudden bangs from bathroom doors reverberate through at 3.40a.m

The room was nice clean and comfy the food for breakfast was lovely
The staff were abit quiet not verry talkative or approachable it says online it has a bar and does evening food but it no longer has either only food is breakfast it really is just a bed and breakfast now place is also abit run down and in need of abit of tlc. It needs updated online that it no longer does food or that it doesn't have a bar

Central position within easy walking distance of the local attractions (when open). Friendly, helpful host with many recommendations for eating or entertainment.
Shower was Krypton factor to operate and radiators in both room and toilet were not working properly. This was solved by the host supplying a fan heater free of charge.

Friendly staff on reception
Rooms were spacious (we had a family room) and warm and clean, new en-suite
We were able to get a room last minute after having a ferry cancellation
Strong smell of cannabis in corridor (coming from another room)
Beds could do with mattress toppers to make them a bit comfier
