Très bon accueil avec thé marocain et pâtisserie à notre arrivée malgré l’heure tardive
Personnel très gentil, de bons conseils pour les excursions, toujours disponible, à l’écoute et très serviable!
Et encore merci à Aziz qui est au top
Les travaux autour de la piscine rendent l’accès limité à celle-ci et ceux du jacuzzi empêchent son utilisation.
L’établissement est trop éloigné de la médina, il faut compter 30 minutes pour s’y rendre en taxi (20€ AR minimum) mais du coup établissement intimiste et très calme…

Le personnel était charmant, aux petits soins pour nous et très sympathique! Les suites sont très belles et l’hôtel a un système de navette très pratique pour aller dans la médina, nous reviendrons!

Wir hatten ein Upgrade zur Suite. Wunderbar großes Zimmer mit Balkon. Das gesamte Team ist außerordentlich freundlich und bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Flughafentransfer und Medina kein Problem.
Fußweg zum nächstgelegenen Dorf 15 Minuten. Hier kann man sich auf dem Markt mit Obst eindecken oder kleine Grill- und Crepestände sowie ein Kaffeehaus der Marrokaner besuchen.
Jahreszeitlich bedingt war es in den öffentlichen Räumen des Hotels recht kalt.
Relativ hohe Preise für das Essen. Eine marrokanische Suppe 9,00 Euro und Salat 12,00 Euro.
