Lovely setting, pool area and spacious room
Inconsistent staff some good some indifferent, especially in reception and breakfast .
Coffee and tea facilities in the room should be a given in a hotel on this level in the world.
Maybe change the breakfast menu some days? Same every day.

Staff couldn’t do enough for us, always polite and went out of their way to make our stay amazing (even to the point of getting an upgrade to our room.
Food was always freshly prepared, and someone was always on hand to arrange transportation into the city centre.
The location was a little outside the city but that suited us better.

It was a little oasis and a welcome place of calm after being in the Medina area. Traditional in style and well laid out.
The shuttle service into town was very efficient and all the drivers we met were really friendly. The service is very reliable & the driver always turned up on time.
We particularly liked the pool set up with the green area and trees providing lovely dappled shade. It was nice to be able to sit out for lunch by the pool too.
All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful.
The property is a little rustic & things like bathroom towels could do with a bit of a refresh.

The hotel is nicely designed and the pool is really nice.
The staff service has a lot to be desired. For the price you pay, you expect more.
