The accommodation was in an excellent location. The room was comfortable and clean.

Nothing, all good.

The bed was nice, the air conditioning too since it was very hot.

The cleaning could be improved. The towers had stains.

I have mobility issues that make climbing their stairs very difficult ...The staff added my check in to 4pm but I was rewarded with a first floor room. It made a hugh difference in my stay ...Thank you for that dedicated staff on duty

The soap was about the size of a domino. The liquid soap was very low and would not lather well

Clean room. Relatively nice bathroom with bidet. Very quiet. Great price.

NOBODY ON SITE and this was NOT made clear in the listing. No staff on site. They make you schlep to a different location to get checked in. Very inconvenient and potentially disastrous - we made it to the other site with just a minute to spare before lock up. Inadequate communication. We were only sent this info via WhatsAPP, which I never use. They did not use the Booking.com platform (until after the fact, to cover their tracks). Also, be aware that the toilet does not flush - room 21. Five attempts, each time letting the tank fully recover. I finally had to file up a waste basket with water and dump that at the same time as flushing. It worked after three attempts. No elevator. Dragging luggage up three flights can be very difficult. Final complaint: Apple Maps calls this hotel something different - and uses the supposed name for a completely different hotel. This makes navigation aggravating. Overall, a potentially nice place, but defintely not worth all the problems. Hopefully they will be remedied.
