The staff were able to store our luggage while we went out to tour prior to check-in, and again after we had checked out.
The breakfast price was too high. They had more variety than anyone really needs -- 8 different juices plus tea/coffee, for example. I would prefer not to pay more than 12 Euros for breakfast and they are charging 17 unless you opt in while booking.

Location, comfortable bed.
We had a surprise "Bug" in our bathroom, during our last night, when I informed the staff on our check out all I got was "Ok, how would you like to pay for your breakfast?"
