Room size, facilities & location and overall polite and helpful staff
Better communication between the front desk and the housekeeping supervisor is needed.
Although it had been requested and recorded that the check-out would be at 12:00, the housekeeping supervisor opened the room door at 10:20.
This is still not acceptable since the regular check-out time is until 11:00.

Location too far from city centre but recommend by Trailfinders for some unusual reason. Charging to use the spa when it was already an expensive hotel to stay in.

breakfast was decent but everytime you need a cappacino you have to order to the person who wil then fetch you
people lack smile :( as you enter the hotel .
i asked the lady bartender for a drink/ ice and she got offended for , they didnt seem to give a jovial response.
lobby bar has poor service on xmas eve it took 1 hour for somebody to come and take the order
i had seen some people taking thier breakfast back to the room on of the days and then one day i asked couple of croissant for my child as we had excursions early morning and man in suit standing at the breakfast entrance rudely said no and explained me the hotel policy , this claims to be a five star but basic fundamental of being a five star is brutally missing .
