Breakfast buffet had amazing view, most importantly staff was very friendly when I had a car breakdown and needed help in Spanish communication!

We loved the view from the room and breakfast very good.

The level of service from staff at this hotel was disappointing. We booked the hotel for our wedding evening suite at Son Morraig as we were married 21st August. My wife and her bridesmaids used our hotel room morning of 21st August to prepare makeup and hair for our big wedding day, we attended the hotel morning of 20th August to inform reception we will be getting married and the Bride and bridesmaids will be at the hotel Thursday 21st. We made a request to have some breakfast items or champagne in the hotel suite to celebrate our wedding preparations to be told this was not possible and you are not to take any items to the room, we were then charged close to 60 euros for 2 additional breakfasts despite only being served with 1 plate of fruit and pastry items. In preparation for the wedding day the hotel receptionist informed our party you are not to take any pictures in the hotel reception whilst in the wedding robes and the bride was told "Go back to your room you are not dressed appropriately". We find this to be highly offensive and insensitive on the big wedding day. Overall a very disappointing experience at the hotel, we would encourage any wedding parties and brides considering this hotel in view of a wedding at Son Morraig to book elsewhere given the attitude we received on our wedding day.
