    We had the best stay at Hotel Regina - everyone was so nice and welcoming, right from the moment we checked in. Anna showed us our room and the facilities. Breakfast was great and the location can’t be beat. We would stay there again and would highly recommend. Thanks!

    The staff were very friendly and the room was clean, which I appreciated. However, I paid nearly *** for this stay, and unfortunately the overall experience did not match the price. The room was small , I couldn’t even fully open my suitcase, and the hotel itself also feels quite compact. The so-called rooftop is on the 6th floor, very small, and offers no real view, as it is surrounded by old buildings. For comparison, I stayed at another hotel in Madrid for around ***, which was significantly better overall in terms of space, comfort, facilities, and even breakfast selection. Overall, not good value for money

    One of the best hotel location ever. you could cover all major attractions in madrid by walking when staying at this hotel. I have to give major shoutout to the cleaners. they are very hardworking, i believe almost everyday they mop the floor not just the room but the corridor as well.

    Couldn’t be happier with the quality of the hotel. Everything from the rooms, the beds, the bathrooms, the sumptuous breakfast, the staff and even the smallish but perfectly adequate gym with high end Lifefitness equipment. Great location. Perfectly clean. Super quiet and well sound insulated. So happy. We even got a room upgrade. Will be back!
