My stay at this hotel was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Upon check-in, my room was not ready, and after being told to return in 20 minutes, I found it still unavailable an hour later. I was passed around to various staff members for assistance, but they were disorganized and unable to provide any clarity, resulting in a frustrating 1.5-hour wait before I could finally access my room. During my week-long stay, the hotel implemented stricter security measures on Friday by rechecking all guests' IDs. While I understand the need for enhanced security due to Friday's line-up, the lack of adequate staffing made this process chaotic, causing further delays of over 20 minutes just to re-enter my room. Additionally, the noise levels were unacceptable; the thin walls allowed me to hear loud music from neighboring rooms until 6 AM. Given the high price I paid, I expected much better service and comfort. Unfortunately, the combination of poor coordination and inadequate staffing made my experience far from satisfactory. When I voiced my concerns, one of the reception staff responded, "We are not a hotel, so we don't have this kind of service." I was left speechless by this lack of professionalism.

While the place was decent, their minibar consumption is a scam. Their charging of minibar items although they have not been touched has been well documented on Google reviews by multiple people and it does not seem like im the only victim. The hotel charged me for a Lelo Kit (although I had never seen it in the room ever before) and despite multiple back and forth, they were unable to provide me with any evidence that I took it. They charged us 199 EUR for the item after we have left. We are travelers who have spent *** per night on a hotel - would we be trying to fleece the hotel of a 199 EUR charge if we actually used the item? Much less write a public review on this if we did? The hotel reception also put down on me after I did not speak spanish and did not connect me to another reception - very bad service in general. This has also been well documented in other google reviews. We have not written a bad review for any hotel in our travels and this is the first time -hope travelers will take this in mind when choosing this particular hotel.
