The Twins is a beautiful & thoughtfully designed resort hotel. I almost did not want to leave my room to go out at night because I enjoyed the live entertainment & the stunning view outside my balcony so much. I actually had to switch to this hotel from another and I was pleasantly surprised.
Service was sometimes slow.

Everything was high standard and clean with kind staff constantly taking care of the place.
The beach is not that great but this is not really within the property’s control…

Nice facilities. The people working in the breakfast area are mostly super friendly.
Some of the staff were rude (front desk, breakfast area), issues with check in (discrepancy between booking.com and their own policy), when explained the discrepancy to the one staff, then she was super rude about it. Then, offered late check out to be told on the day no late check out. Breakfast has good offering but coffee was terrible, I also was told not to sit outside as it was full when was clearly not. It was not even to be told that but the manner (I am 50 plus and felt my dad was talking to me when I was a teenager), no cool!

The location and the pool only!
Customer service was poor & food wasn’t good at all! The food was too oily not healthy.
