The room was large, clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the balcony with pool view. The pool was beautiful and the poolside restaurant/bar was perfect. Nice options to eat and drink and great poolside service. Also the breakfast staff was so nice and accommodating to my gluten free requests. Every morning they presented me with gluten free toast and pastries. So nice!
The gym was less than desirable. Very small and not enough cardio or weight machines.
I would have greatly enjoyed yoga or some other group exercise classes.
Also the spa was dark and quiet in an uncomfortable way. I was so looking forward to a day in the spa but I decided against it given how dark and uninviting it looked.

The staff were very friendly and attentitive
The hotels website advertises 3x restaurants but only the Altitude restaurant was open. Piano bar and buffet restaurant was closed. The restaurants in the arr are all closed and the surrounding area is fairly run down. The lifts in the hotel need attention with only 1 operational. We should have been told.by booking.com that restaurants are under construction
