Everything was marvellous, Isabelle in reservations was super helpful. This is a fabulous spot and we are really looking forward to returning again soon. Booking direct is always the best option. All staff really friendly too from housekeeping to front desk to the bars and restaurants.

Woman who was serving the steak and grilled meat etc was rude and couldn’t smile or say anything polite .she just looked at us with a stern face so we stopped saying please and thankyou in return for hers rudeness . It didn’t make us held very nice

Staff was very nice and trying to help all the time. Location is great and the adult pool is quiet and empty. Breakfast was fantastic
The hotel is quite old and not maintained. Torn curtains, old style furniture and deco. The coffee is absolutely terrible. You really need to change those coffee machines and coffee brand. Lunch and dinner have a lot of variety but the food is not great as breakfast. Some employees are too young and carefree. Many times we asked and waited for things that never came.

The hotel was clean and situated in a great location. Decent food choices and the all inclusive included the à la carte restaurants which was great. Sunbeds were available, the kids club looked well organised. The splash pool and slides were clean and kids loved them.
The air conditioning in the room would or could not go below a certain standard (19 degrees) so upon returning to our room from the heat the room was warm and we couldn’t sleep at night. We complained but they said this was the law in Spain which was actually a lie. We have submitted a formal complaint about the service received after conversations with the hotel manager and guest experience manager fell on deaf ears.
