The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and in an excellent location just steps away from the marina and a selection of restaurants. There was a great selection for breakfast and there was always sunbeds available at the pools. The staff were really friendly and the room was cleaned every day
The showers could use some updating as they’re quite old fashioned fittings but the water pressure was still excellent so it’s only a small observation

Everything. The peace and quiet. So many separated areas. Looks like a little village. Proximity to the harbour and so many different restaurants (advise booking to avoid disappointment). The adults only area is pure bliss. Every member of the team are so friendly and inviting. You can truly relax here.

Loved the fact that they created a replica of a traditional Canarian village - with the church at the entrance which was the most unique hotel entrance I have ever encountered.

location was excellent, rooms were very comfortable and spotless and good size
staff at reception while professional not very friendly, lack of staff, felt more like a self catering apartment complex, no pool bar or place you could have lunch.. surrounding a little tired.. have stayed in many 5 star hotels, this does not compare..
