Managing the room lights was difficult to underdtand, thus making bathroom visits at night dangerous. Explanation should be available.

Staffs are great, and it’s very clean and spacious.

Miguel the receptionist was outstanding trying to help us with the issues we had with the hotel and our room. Location is good. Room is nicely decorated and bed is comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Sisi the receptionist at checkout was very pleasant and understanding of our complaints and compensated us for parking, plus 10% discount plus a free beer the evening before.

Breakfast hostess again was rude and confrontational and not very pleasant. Our room was stinky hot, and we were told that hotels in Madrid because of government rules can only cool the room down to 27 degrees because Spain tries to limit the necessity and dependence on Russian oil. We don't know if this is correct. However, the room was over 27 degrees when we arrived and long into the night and the advertised air-conditioning was not working. Miguel tried to help us by offering us a very small fan. Television stations had no English-speaking channels working, which indicates the hotels might not want English speaking guests!!!!!!
