This is a hidden gem in Madrid! It is very clean, the bed is extremely comfortable, very good AC even in the corridors, staff is very helpful and the location is close to metro or bus to reach the centre or other monuments. What was the true highlight was the breakfast, you could find anything you want everything fresh and tasty. We just loved it!

Location is great, it has near metro and bus access. Rooms are clean, with street view. Breakfast is diverse and delicious. Overall hotel meet its price and is really good choice. Staff is also attentive and kind .

Very little detail is that you have to request vanity kits besides shampoo and soap. But it is not a big deal

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is amazing - the metro station is only a 5-minute walk away, making it very easy to reach any part of the city. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We would especially like to thank Antonio at the reception, who kindly provided our room before the official check-in time. His hospitality made a great first impression. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated that the director personally came to ask guests whether everything was satisfactory during breakfast. This attention to detail and genuine care for guests was a very nice touch. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable throughout our stay.
