About this house rental
Location, location, location! This adorable home in Summer's Edge was recently updated - bathrooms, kitchen and paint. The house is located between 30A and the Gulf on a quiet street in this gated community with a quick walk to the beach, across the street from brand new restaurants and shops (3 restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream, and a butcher shop), and close to everything that 30A has to offer for your perfect getaway!
The home's open floor plan is great for entertaining or family gatherings. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open for seamless enjoyment of each space and all of the furniture is brand new. Natural light pours into the home through large windows found in the living and dining rooms and gives the home a warm and inviting touch. There are hardwood floors throughout the first floor and the kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances (oven/stove, microwave and dishwasher replaced in Dec 2019). The first floor also features a convenient bedroom with bath and back deck with a gas grill. The master bedroom faces the front of the home and offers a private balcony ideal for relaxing on warm summer evenings. The large master bathroom features a double vanity, separate tub and shower, as well as two closets. The master bedroom also features USB ports in the wall outlets enabling convenient charging. The two guest bedrooms on the second floor share an additional full bath.

A Seagrove Beach getaway, this family friendly community includes the tree-lined Ryan Street that heads north towards 30A and south one street short of the Gulf. Also, included in Summer’s Edge is two community pools—one that is heated seasonally—make this a popular community. Seaside Florida is two miles to the west. Rosemary beach is 4 miles to the east. You are pretty much tucked right in to the lap of luxury.

WIth big kids, and small kids, and some in between, this offered something for everyone. An easy walk to the beach - and to the pools - and a simple bike ride to Seaside for my teenagers. It was clean and a good size for my big familyI would simply suggest that the property owners buy a coffee grinder - and some additional dishes and cookie sheets - so large families and coffee snobs can enjoy the kitchen and cooking from home.
