The staff was very helpful. They answered our questions and help us with everything we needed. Our room was very clean and supplied everything we needed. The staff helped us with taxi service and supplied us the a power converter. I would absolutely stay here again! The location was close to restaurants and The tour bus stops.

Great location Friendly flexible staff
We stayed just one night and for the price we paid it was ok. For longer stays perhaps the bed cover was a bit worn out...hand lots of lint. They could invest a little in this area.

Located in a good area (shopping).
The room was too small for 4 people. The elevator was too small and too slow. The beds were not comfortable. People partying at a nearby hotel/hostel, too loud in the middle of the night.
