We loved it very much. Everything was clean and new, and the breakfast and dinner were amazing

Rooms were spacious and beautiful. Food was amazing and each night was different. Location is perfect right next to a bus stop or easily walkable to Alcudia Port. Staff were very friendly.

Pool area is a little on the small side but since I’m more a beach person this was fine as it’s right on the coast near beautiful coves.

Really clean, lovely rooms and pools were gorgeous. Staff were so helpful (especially lifeguard and pool staff) and really made our stay enjoyable. Pool bar food was really fresh every day and local wine was yum. We loved staying here!

Small note would be that the bathroom doors are not proper doors, rather sliding doors with slats like blinds. Doesn’t make it very private which can be uncomfortable. Additionally, some more hooks in the bathroom would be helpful 😊 The hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the port and taxis can be very very hard to get, best bet is to download Mallorcab. Otherwise evening trips to the port can be risky when coming home.

Breakfast was good & staff was very nice & accommodating. Nice interior of the rooms and the hotel itself.

Could have informed us about construction work prior to booking. No working a/c + the fan in the room did not work (nor was it fixed) and they were still heating, we always slept with the door to the balcony open. The say that you can pre book your exact hotel room yet charge you for fit if you want to, but not mention it earlier. Cleaning staff needs to up their game in the rooms by a big margin. One coffee machine at breakfast spills out brown water as hot water for tea - should be looked at I guess and the coffee volume is not calibrated i.e a cappuccino e.g. always overflows. The other machine (outside) works. There is not really cold water coming from the tap in the room, but the hot water is extremely hot, almost boiling. It was not allowed to take water from the dispenser in the main entrance because it’s for check-in only, I thought this was a joke, give the price you pay for a room. Seems like the staff is a little overworked due to it still being renovated.
