Location, beach and pools
Even though the beach service (sunbeds and umbrella) turned out extra charge on the room, when I mentioned to the staff that I wasn’t aware of the extra charge they removed it from the bill for us which I appreciate

The staff, the pool, and the breakfast.
The room was not full sea view, contrary to the advertisement, the noise above the room could be heard especially when furniture was being moved for cleaning or other purposes. The lobby had no air conditioning and the gym had no air conditioning which made it really difficult to be in those places due to the heat. The spa was noisy due to its location below the gym which was distrusted the massage service. Also, the service at the pool was limited, we had to fetch our own drinks.
