All amazing apart from breakfast experience

Great reception staff, absolutely adorable, helpful and polite. Amazing views around

At the breakfast if you don’t speak Italian you won’t be offered half of the options. Hot meals were hidden in the kitchen and the signora that supervises breakfast does not offer it to English speakers. It was sad to see how others were having scrambled eggs for example, and me and 2 other families had no choice in that. The lady at the breakfast was also rude and unfriendly

The Hotel is close to the center

The hotel is located in a picturesque place. Good breakfast in the mornings. There is excellent Terme in few minutes by car from the hotel. Friendly staff, which are happy to explain if any questions.

Ask in advance if you want to use the sauna.

The hotel is fairly nice. Not new but comfortable. The breakfast was good and they also made an effort to gather some gluten-free product for me.

Why did I state that the hotel did not meet my expectation: for my snow holidays I always choose hotels with sauna or spa. The hotel states that they have a sauna, but I was not able to use it as, due to covid reasons, the sauna could have been utilized by just one (1) room per day...... I was not lucky enough to reserve it in advance (who could have thought about the 1 room per day rule) so I had to pay to go to the public spa (which, funnily enough, was open to a crowd of people despite covid). From my point of view the hotel does not have a sauna despite it advertises it.

Skiing stay in a calm place very close to the fun!

For a pair of skiers this hotel is close to the mark! The ski bus stops 10 m from the front door, and skis and boots are stored in a separate room with a workbench available. The atmosphere is homey and the staff are very kind and helpful.

For me the heating was a little different? In the morning the heat went up, so after breakfast the room temperature was unbearable. That said, I don’t like high temperatures indoors, as I know some people do. This was easily rectified with the use of the balcony though, where the view is fantastic!

Lovely place, very clean. In good location, walking distance to lift/funivia Catinaccio. Bus stop 4min walk away (bus gratis with guest card trentino which hotel will give you , in 2020-:) Very nice and helpful staff. good breakfast

Capodanno in val di fassa

Struttura un po' retrò ma ben tenuta e soprattutto pulita con letto comodissimo dotato di lenzuola e coperta classica,sita in posizione strategica dalla quale si possono raggiungere agevolmente sia i sentieri escursionistici che le varie stazioni delle seggiovie.Il centro del paese è a cinque minuti di cammino.Il personale è gentile e discreto

La pulizia

La colazione povera e pre confezionata: zero biscotti, uova slavate e insapori, zero biscotti freschi, una torta pre confezionata, lo strudel peggiore della mia vita asciutto e posso. L’ambiente buio e lugubre della sala colazioni, le luci intermittenti da film horror, la cameriera che ti fissa tutto il tempo e controlla quello che prendi da mangiare. La gente si alza quando lei va un attimo in cucina perché altrimenti sono tutti a disagio
