We had a great stay at Crowne Plaza Malpensa Airport. The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and quiet despite being close to the airport. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect for travelers with early flights, and the airport shuttle service was convenient and reliable. Everything was well organized, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Very helpful receptionist, she arranged for us to be collected from the airport at short notice. Lovely view of trees out the window which made a pleasant change from urban views. Excellent modern clean facilities and a kettle, which had been lacking from some of our other accommodations during our travels in Italy.
We didn’t understand that you needed to push the door rather than turn the knob the first time we tried to enter our room.
