Aenea Inn

We stayed for 5 nights as a family of 3 with a teenager. Great location near Termini Station but the appartment is still on a quiet street. Good communication from the host and easy check in. The reception staff booked us a taxi to the waterpark one day and texted us to tell us when it arrived. They were very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delivered in bags to a basket outside the appartment each morning around 7.30am, this was bread and pastries and they also provided condiments and juice with tea/coffee that was stocked every day. They offered a gluten free option for me which was also bread and wrapped pastries. The beds were comfortable and the appartment was spacious and clean. Towels were changed almost daily. Good Air Con which was essential in August! Overall, a great place to stay.

Shower pressure not very good, small cubicle and broken shower head (which was fixed once we mentioned it). Breakfast was missing the gluten free option one morning with no explanation. The safe got stuck and would not open one evening but reception staff sorted it immediately for us.

This property exceeded expectations in every way. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every area presented to an exceptionally high standard, making the stay comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, always happy to assist with any request and ensuring we felt well looked after. The location was also excellent—conveniently situated with easy access to local attractions, dining, and transport, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others

We had a wonderful stay at Aenea Inn and would recommend it. The location in Monti was perfect; we loved the beautiful neighbourhood, which felt authentic while being central enough to explore Rome on foot. Our room was lovely and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the breakfast basket delivered outside our door each morning, which was such a thoughtful touch. Communication throughout our stay was seamless, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again!

The Aenea inn is in an excellent location in Monti, out of the busiest/touristy part of the city, close to great bars and restaurants and also within walking distance of main attractions. The room was clean and spacious.

For the price we'd paid (and in comparison with other hotels) we were a little disappointed with the breakfast provision. It is worth noting they operate a 'delivery system' of various rolls and pastries to your door at 7.30, fine if you enjoy a bread heavy breakfast, but not ideal for those who appreciate a little more variety and a leisurely sit down in a hotel dining room to ready you for a busy day of walking the streets!
