Our group of 8 persons traveled to 5 countries over 16 days. This property stood out just because of Simon. He greeted us when we arrived and was so helpful with all the details he provided. LOVED his Italian accent. He also recommended a great place to have our first meal in Rome just one block away. One person in our party left her cell behind by mistake and everyone on the staff worked with us via WhatsApp to make arrangements to retrieve the phone. The pillows were my favorite, and the beds were amazing. The snack basket was a nice touch and so was the croissant delivery in the morning. So helpful, so kind and a really nice place to stay. I would stay here again, no doubt.
I liked everything about this hotel. The only thing I would recommend is refreshing the included juices and waters in the fridge on the second day.

Apartment was spacious and very well appointed for the 3 of us. Spotlessly clean and very private and quiet. Location was excellent in Monti area. Beds were very comfortable and appreciated the snacks and beverages stocked in the kitchen. Air conditioning worked great. Lovely pastries delivered in the morning. Friendly staff. Would stay again.
There were 4 keys needed to enter various entrances to enter the suite but this was a minor inconvenience. Worth it for the quiet and privacy.
