Beautiful hotel in the perfect location and the staff were all amazing. The man at the front desk very kindly gave us an upgrade at check in and the room was fantastic. Our first time to Italy and it started off great. The woman at the restaurant greeted us and made the perfect coffees. The staff at the rooftop patio made great drinks and the woman that checked us out also took good care of us. I’m sorry I forgot all their names, but they were so friendly. The views from the rooftop patio are fantastic.

location was excellent, staff were friendly. the bathroom was clean and convenient.
there was an unpleasant odor problem in the lobby. the furniture was too old and couch covers were all pretty dirty. the bed in the room was uncomfortable. I don’t think the owner understands the potential of this hotel.
