Very clean and it is so close to town, 30 mins from the airport. Bed is very comfortable. We are family of three. So we had 2rooms, one room had 3 single beds in it and large double room. My two kid all slept in my room 😀.
Only one staff available on arrival. I stayed on the second floor and the are no lift, it was an exercise routine having to carry a suitcase upstairs. You can hear car driving by at night if you are a light sleeper but this did not bother me, just the kids a little bit as my 5 year old took longer to settle

Was told not to adjust air-con which was set too low for us during the heatwave. No window.

Price was the only reason we booked it as we needed a place to sleep before leaving Italy. Very clear instruction from the owner. Bed was clean.
Needs renovation. We stayed at the last floor room 9, as it rained was very noisy. In the rooms it smels as probably more difficult to get fresh air there. Bathroom needs renovation.
