I liked the morning breakfast, revamped rooms, gym.
Gym could be better, better equipment, more complete with free weights and a bench.

clean and quiet room overlooking the park. Very convenient and easily accessible indoor car park. Staff courtesy and willingness to help never fail.
the breakfast buffet is a bit low key in the salty sector: Rome has so much to offer and should be very easy to do better that having few cold cuts and industrial scrambled eggs

Grounds and structure were very nice. Parking was excellent.
Rooms are small and outdated. They could use updating and modern bedding.
