A charming family run hotel with delightful Italian touches at an affordable price.

A modern building with beautiful Italian marble in the entrance hall. Located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Verona. Local buses are available to reach the centre (15-20min), station and Lake Garda.(40mins) with beautiful scenery and variety of family theme parks. All the staff are super helpful and very open and friendly. Without their detailed advice on transport we would have struggled a bit. Once you get used to the bus system, it's straight forward enough. Large comfortable beds and pillows, Room had walk-in shower and a bidet. Daily room cleaning to a high standard. Popular with Italian families and people of all ages. The continental breakfast buffet was varied and fresh - everything you could hope for. There is a bar, but no restaurant. There are places to go nearby to eat, and they don't mind you bringing back takeaway.

I highly recommend this motel.

I was genuinely impressed by the professional and warm service. The receptionist was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The room was just what we needed — clean, comfortable, and with a newly renovated bathroom. Breakfast was tasty and exceeded our expectations.

Even though the elevator wasn’t working and we had to carry our son in his wheelchair up the stairs, I’m not going to complain — everything else more than made up for that. Wow. Thank you!

Old but still fair

Clean basic room, helpful receptionist, nice breakfast. In general, the hotel beat times clearly passed, but they don't give up and try their best to still make the stay nice.

Slightly broken door to the bathroom, difficult to close. Shower currain instead of shower cabin door which clearly look like cheap workaround (doing its job through).

I recommend the place and I would book again.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The bus stations are near the hotel. There is a supermarket next to them too. My stay was very calm and smooth.

It would be better to have a kettle and fridge in each room. It’s like an hour walk from the city center, but busses are available all the time.

Affordable but you might want to spend a little bit more for a real hotel.

It was well located for our trip to the south. Parking was easy and free. Rooms were clean.

The room were extremely basic. It felt more like a hostel with private rooms. Rock hard bunk beds. Didn’t feel they touched the room since the early 90s. Breakfast was terrible; rock hard eggs, everything packaged, apples tasted like sand, poor coffee (it’s Italy!). No restrooms on the ground floor, only in your room. Poor air conditioning in the room.

Was a quick stopover before getting early flight… Night Porter/Manager was so very helpful.. even gave us croissants when we were leaving at 3.30am.. extremely professional

Very pleasent stay.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was clean, tidy and comfy. Overall the place is nice and provides good value for money.

The location is far from the city centre, and there are only two buses that take you there that come every half an hour, so if you're there for a concert or something make sure to prepare to get there in time.

QUIET SETTING...HAD A GREAT WINE PARTY OUTSIDE w/ 3 CANADIANS!!! Easy to meet other Travelers here.

BREAKFAST WAS EXCEPTIONAL. THE OUTSIDE TABLES were WELL-PLACED in a QUIET NATURAL SETTING! The OWNER (and the STAFF) were very POLITE!!!! A True ITALIAN GENTLEMAN.

TAXIS were OK...not too PRICEY.
