Přístup zaměstnanců. Úklid a čistota v pořádku. Kuchyně výborná. Poloha a večerní posezení krásné.
Brigádníkům vázla obsluha na terase. Obsluha pomalá a úklid stolů poté co ho někdo opustil - bez komentáře! Chlapci kazili dojem ostatním zaměstnancům.

Tolles kleines Hotel in kleinstadt, daneben gleich schönes Schloß und Burg. Abends angenem ruhig. Zimmer mit schöner Charme und Echtholzmöbel. Frühstück und Abendessen auf tolle Terasse - lecker und zu gutem Preis. Kostenlose Parkplätze im Hof. Vielen, vielen Dank für ganze Team.

Die Lage der Pension war sehr gut und der Check-in trotz nicht vermerkter Buchung problemlos möglich. Das Personal war freundlich und der offene Kamin im Restaurantbereich trugen zu einer angenehmen Atmosphäre bei.
Wir hatten das Zimmer ziemlich kurzfristig gebucht. Als wir ankamen war dies leider nicht im System des Hotels vermerkt. Das zugewiesene Zimmer entsprach dann leider in keiner Weise der Beschreibung bei Booking. Und wie bereits vielfach erwähnt müssten die Matratzen dringend ausgewechselt werden. Diese waren so dünn was das Schlafen zu einer Tortur verkommen ließ.
