Mövenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba

This was our second time staying at the Mövenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba, and it was an absolutely perfect trip for my wife and me! We were celebrating our marriage anniversary, and the hospitality made it truly unforgettable. A huge thank you to the Front Office Manager, Mr. Qais, who was incredibly welcoming and kind. He went out of his way to ensure our room was beautifully decorated for the special occasion, and we were thrilled to find very delicious cakes waiting for us upon arrival. The hotel is newly renovated and looks absolutely fantastic. Throughout our stay, every staff member we interacted with was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We also loved the hotel beach, which is kept impeccably clean. Relaxing there and swimming in the crystal-clear water was a major highlight of our trip.

There are a few minor drawbacks to note. Getting to the beach does require a short walk (about 5 to 7 minutes) since you need to cross to the other side of the property. Additionally, the hotel policy does not allow guests to bring their own alcohol. Finally, the food and drink prices inside the resort are relatively expensive compared to restaurants outside that offer the same or even higher quality.

It was a fantastic short trip to Aqaba city. We enjoyed staying at this resort, which includes all facility such 3 swimming pools, private beach and play ground area for kids and volley ball field as well. The staff are helpful with very fast response to any inquiry. I booked a residence apartment close to beach for my family with kids. I liked the restaurant ( Palm court ) in the main lobby which served breakfast ( open buffet ). I would like to thanks Mr Mamoun for being nice and served us with welcome drink.

The furniture are a bit old

The staff were exceptionally welcoming, generous, and always greeted us with a smile. They were happy to help with anything we needed throughout our stay. The hotel is very comfortable and perfectly located, within walking distance of downtown Aqaba, restaurants, and local attractions. The facilities are excellent, the beach is beautiful, and the pool staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aqaba.
