The staff made all the difference. The team at the front desk, especially Hala, and the F&B team, especially Nimmer. They stood out significantly for their willingness to assist and make the stay as comfortable as possible.

Did not stay long enough, although the breakfast was a little limited, the staff went out of their way to assist with whatever I needed.

I liked the location

Needs heavy maintanance , first room had serious leaks in the bath room , the staff were very friendly and switched us to a suite which was way better but the last day the ac was leaking inside the room . The bathrooms need rennovations , the windows need cleaning and so.. Facilities need heavy maintanance , gym was closed and ahut down for some reason.. The breakfast sadly was horrible compared to other stays , no real coffe no real breakfast The only pleasant thing was that the staff were great and tried to help I hope it gets innovated asap because the location is fantastic
