The staff were on site 24/7 and they all were great and helpful, there was a lovely bar in there, I never had a breakfast but my friends said it was lovely, also they have a lift to the rooms, that is a bonus. We loved the hotel
Nothing much to say bad about it. If I was a bit picky I would say the cushions on the bed are a bit thin for my liking.

Easy check-in process, peaceful neighbourhood, close to the metro, only 10 minutes walking. The room was clean.
The room is quite basic, not very good value for money ratio. The room didn't have air conditioning and it was really hot days in August. The door couldn't be locked from the inside.
