Ibis Praha Wenceslas Square

Ideal location and very close to a tram stop and metro station. Short walk to Wenceslas square.

Generally a comfortable room and kept clean. Also had filtered Icy Water in front of the elevator which was easy to fill jugs with.

Space is a little narrow if you have big luggage with you. The bathroom also doesn’t have too much space, so if you want to change inside or keep pouches around, there is very little space around the sink. There is also a bit of a leaking problem with the shower.

Very clean and comfy beds. Quiet. Friendly staff. Have water and some snacks available at the lobby.

Elevators could be better. It was feeling a bit unsafe.

The location was perfect. Close to the metro station. The breakfast buffet was very good. Lots of choice and good quality. Even while this we enjoyed, we will not come back

The hotel room was a disaster. Always too hot. You could not control the temperature in the room. We had to always open the window for fresh air, but outside was -2 degrees…. Rooms were very small, no place for luggage or your belongings. The bedsheets were dirty, we found under the sheets a paper tissue….. Also we stayed first in an hotel room, they told us bathroom was newly renovated. After one shower the bathroom was completely wet. They give us the possibility to change room, but there was no help, not even an excuse or a sorry. We were very disappointed by this way of treatment. We will not come back to this hotel.
