Heated towel drier didn’t seem to be working

The location is very convenient and fairly central. We absolutely loved Prague’s public transport system — there is a tram stop just around the corner, making it very easy to get anywhere, although most places are also within walking distance. The room was comfortable, spacious enough for our stay, modern and nicely designed. The bathroom was particularly spacious and clean, there were plenty of towels, and everything worked perfectly, including the TV and hairdryer. The hot shower was also very relaxing after long days exploring the city. We were aware that this is a reception-free property, so we did not expect daily interaction with staff or daily housekeeping, which was absolutely fine for us. We also really appreciated the little snacks left for us — such a lovely touch! The courtyard is another nice feature. It is a charming little space to sit with a coffee, relax and take a break from the city. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Only two very minor points. The bed linen was clearly clean and freshly washed, but there were a few visible stains that had probably not come out in the wash. I am sure they were clean, but aesthetically it would have been nicer not to see them. Secondly, a small fridge in the room would have been very useful for keeping drinks and snacks cold. I completely understand the design choices and the room is beautifully arranged as it is, but even a small minibar-style fridge would make the stay a little more convenient. We had also requested early check-in, and it would have been helpful to receive confirmation or an update a day earlier, although in the end this did not cause us any real inconvenience.

Easy check-in, clean room, good AC, everything was functional. Location: close to the Old Town and Central Station but quiet and peaceful. Will consider staying here again!

The room is good enough for a quick stay. The Bed is comfortable and the shower is also great. It has air conditioning, but I did not use to tell if it is working properly or not. The room could be cleaner, though.

I reserved the room for 3 people, but the sofa bed was so hard (at the level that it was hurting my back). So I switched with my son, which slept in the bed, and I tried to sleep in the sofa bed. It was so painful that at some point I decided to put the blankets in the floor and sleep there. I should give a 0 because of this, but I'd rather give a proper report of everything. Also the Internet was not working for the full stay. They said that the rooms are automatically assigned, so I was unlucky to get that awful sofa bed. They should take this matter at serious, and they did not when I reported.
