Easy check-in, clean room, good AC, everything was functional. Location: close to the Old Town and Central Station but quiet and peaceful. Will consider staying here again!

It was really clean and comfortable

There were a few things I didn’t like. First, despite staying for four nights, the room was not cleaned every day. Second, the elevator was out of order during our stay, and it wasn’t repaired even after four days. Third, there was no refrigerator in the room, which would have been very useful.

bed mattress was rock solid and uncomfortable , and sink in the bathroom was clogging

The room is good enough for a quick stay. The Bed is comfortable and the shower is also great. It has air conditioning, but I did not use to tell if it is working properly or not. The room could be cleaner, though.

I reserved the room for 3 people, but the sofa bed was so hard (at the level that it was hurting my back). So I switched with my son, which slept in the bed, and I tried to sleep in the sofa bed. It was so painful that at some point I decided to put the blankets in the floor and sleep there. I should give a 0 because of this, but I'd rather give a proper report of everything. Also the Internet was not working for the full stay. They said that the rooms are automatically assigned, so I was unlucky to get that awful sofa bed. They should take this matter at serious, and they did not when I reported.
