Staff were most welcoming, efficient and friendly - breakfast choices were excellent and a great morning experience
Bath and shower base was a little slippery with use of shower gel - a little risky for one with mobility issues

The building is beautiful, and the rooms were very quiet.
The SPA was a disappointment. It’s quite small for the number of hotel guests, and since it is also open to external visitors, it was practically impossible to find a free chair or even a place to leave a towel. It certainly didn’t feel like a relaxing environment.
It would also be nice to feel more welcomed by the staff. A simple ‘hello’ and a smile would make a big difference; unfortunately, that wasn’t the case during my stay.
The breakfast selection is good, with options for everyone. Still, letting used tables remain dirty for hours doesn’t leave the best impression. Franziska, who was often left alone in the indoor breakfast area, was very professional and friendly, but she clearly had far too much to handle by herself.
