I only stayed one night so I can't honestly say what I didn't like about the hotel.

Not enough value for money

Rooms are nice and clean whereas the hallway and entry need renovation. Friendly welcome, which is always appreciated.

Breakfast was a small buffet, not much choice, unfortunately the coffee machine did not work as it should, not possible to have cappuccino. Breakfast is too expensive for what it has to offer.

Property needs updating

Location was good for where I had to be for work, Hicham was a very accommodating host and even went out his way to make me a sandwich for my early get away.

It was on a noisy road, no AC and the property decor was very tired.

Wonderful Stay

I travelled with my family. It was Very close to the city centre and main train station. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and very coozy atmosphere. Would love to stay again.

If I return to Wiesbaden it will be in a different location.

Staff were very friendly

Building and rooms are dated. If you have a mobility problem, showers in the two rooms we were in would be impossible due to the height and no hand rails to assist. Recommend installing proper showers.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and forward-coming. The hotel is very close to both the train station and the city centre. Perfect location!

Being close to downtown Wiesbaden and having onsite parking was the main reason we chose this hotel.

No air conditioning and rooms facing one of the busier streets in downtown Wiesbaden made for restless nights sleep.

Overall the room is far too expensive and the photos do not show the real state of the room.

During my stay, I only met the receptionist, who was very sympathetic and helpful. The breakfast was okay but basic. I have missed especially fruits, there were only apples.

The room was really old. Carpet with stains and old, the walls and the door very old. There was dust and spider webs on the heating and in some sealings. Also in the lamps and in the mirror of the room was also a lot of dust. Clearly, the room was not properly cleaned. But at least the bed seemed clean! The toilet was relatively clean but the shower had black stains on the walls and on the glass frame...definitely old and not well cleaned. The room had no air conditioning and was so so hot, that was impossible to be in the room until the evening. I also prefer to use the stairs in spite of the levator, and also the hotel stairs were not clean.

Nice and comfy, close to the center

Nice and perfectly clean, big room and big and clean bathroom and little balcony as well. A parking just next to the hotel (in the courtyard) for 5€/day. The hotel is very close to the center - 20 min. on foot from the Markpkatz. Staff was very nice and friendly. We had a comfortable stay.

The location is only like 10 mins walking if you have luggage with you . and close to the main street. It is easy to reach the old town by walking distance . The room is okay if you only stay in side for the night time .

The curtain is really old and dirty ... and the chairs have some dust when we arrived.
