The hotel is easy to find, close to the church and has on street parking available. The staff/owners are friendly and speak good English. The rooms are spacious, clean , very quiet and well appointed. The restaurant is popular and serves very good food at reasonable prices.

Das Frühstück und das gebuchte Abendessen waren wirklich sehr gut. Kostenlose Parkplätze, gutes W-Lan, ruhige Umgebung, gute Betten, neuwertige Zimmerausstattung. Betrieb nimmt teil am Guti-Verkehrsverbund, der mit Gästekarte kostenlos ist, das ist wirklich klasse.
Die Fenster leider zugig, da noch Altbestand, auf dem Sofa bekam daher schnell kalte Füße. Trotz relativ neuer Ausstattung hatte die Dusche schon Schimmelflecken in der Ecke. Der Zugang zwischen Zimmer und Pool/Frühstücksbereich ging durch einen unbeheizten zugigen Gang, das war nicht so toll. Beim Empfang musste ich die Gästekarte und die Bademäntel anfordern, beides wurde nicht selbstverständlich ausgehändigt.

Gutes Frühstück und große Zimmer
Es war sehr warm.Bei diesen Temperaturen sollten Mückengitter an Türen und Fenstern sein.Überall waren Fliegen und Spinnen.Auch tote Fliegen die am Morgen bei Abreise immer noch dort lagen.Besonders im Treppenhaus.
Für ein 4*Hotel mit höherem Standard haben wir in Passau den gleichen Preis bezahlt.Zu teuer bei der Leistung!
