I actually liked it there, I can't complain, perhaps the bathroom needs renovation but it was ok. it reminded me how things were in the 80's but it was clean. the people working there are really friendly and welcoming.
I called them to let them know that water was coming in through the floor since the carpet was totally wet close by the balcony door. I wasn't wearing socks so it did not matter. I told them what I saw and they said they were going to take care of it, so absolutely no complain from me. I loved it and when and if I am in NähPark Cham, I'll book a room there!

Sehr sauber, alles da was man braucht, klein aber fein. Das Frühstücksbuffet war das Highlight, alles sehr lecker und frisch.
Das Bett war viel zu weich und hat immer gequietscht. Die Heizung hat permanent gegluckert und gerauscht.

Personal bol príjemný, ak by som sem mala ešte prísť, určite by som využila bazén a saunu
Prišli sme v decemb, kedže som objednala isbu 3hodiny pred príchodom, izba bola chladná a topenie vydávalo hlasné zvuky, pri ktorých sa nedalo spať. Za mňa to bola zlá noc
