Location is perfect. In the heart of Saalfelden. Everything is pretty walkable from the Hotel. Breakfast was excellent.

Awesome Saalfelden stay!

Location and superb breakfast awesome staff and team. I was upgraded to a bigger room instead of a single bedded room.

Unfortunately the weather is so hot and no aircon. But the front desk was kind to give a small desk fan for my 6 days stay here.

Hidden gem in the Austrian mountains, complete with mini spa, friendly staff & delicious breakfast.

Clean and practical room, decorated well too. The Spa and relaxation area on the 4th floor was a huge plus. Mountain views from the outside relaxation area outside of the spa, a mini outside sauna made from a repurposed ski gondola lift added a nice touch. Huge breakfast buffet plus a la carte options, including savory and sweet delicacies from around the world.

The staff was wonderful! So helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was the best meals we’ve had our entire vacation. Great location in an adorable village with incredible views. Highly recommend!

Small alp hotel with nice atmosphere and great staff. Comfortable and big rooms with great and functional furnishing. Room was very quite. There was a restaurant in the ground floor in case one is too tired to find somewhere to eat after a busy day.

Nice place to relax after a nice ski session

The hotel is in the heart of the city. For going to ski is perfect. The Skibus stop is just 1 minute away. Breakfast in very good and the staff was very friendly. The wellness area is very nice and very quiet. We spent a lot of time there after the ski session.

The wellness area opens at 3:00 PM. For the people that want to stay and enjoy the hotel this is very bad since they cannot enjoy the facilities. We ask for late checkout. Unfortunately it was not possible although in the books in every room it states that for some amount of money you can do it and stay until 6:00 PM.

Lovely hotel in old town with great breakfast

This is a historic property in the old town Center. it has been very stylishly modernized. the rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing: the usual good buffet + custom orders of bacon and eggs or pancakes or eggs Benedict, etc. There were fluffy bathrobes and slippers for the spa but we didn’t use it.

Parking is a bit tricky across the street and the location is not ideal for a ski holiday but it was a lovely, traditional spot for the night.

Great place to stay for comfort, views and warm welcome

it is a beautiful old (15th century?) building in the centre of town. The staff couldn’t have been better. really helpful with advice about the area, places to park, the hotel’s wellness facilities. the roof terrace is amazing. Breakfast was really good- many choices and local specialties. Welcome drink was also a lovely surprise.

Fantastic location! Close to my family. You can walk everywhere. Great breakfast with wonderful staff. Quiet. Spacious room.

It’s not a deal breaker, so not really an issue. Pillows were too soft. First world problems 🙄
