Large spaces: the halls, high ceilings, totally new bathrooms with EVERYTHING you need, including nail files, sewing kits, aftershave cream.
The price is so great to feel yourself as a queen and a king in a huge castle

Staff at the front desk friendly and helpful
Breakfast felt more like a boarding school event.
Was offered an upgrade for money which I took and was confirmed ahead of my stay, only to be cancelled shortly before arrival.
