Heerlijk appartement aan het park, in de tofste buurt van Berlijn. Gunstig gelegen, metro om de hoek. Compleet ingericht en een goed bed.

Berlin Habitat is located on very good location, in cozy neighborhood, close to bus, tram and U-Bahn stations. There are several supermarkets in the vicinity, restaurant in the same building, and several good bars around. Our apartment was overlooking the park, and the view was great. In addition , all the greenery help reduce the effects of the heat wave. It was clean and well equipped. Large windows gave it a lots of light and there was a big cupboard. Kitchen was stocked with utensils (Nesspresso machine, dishwasher, toaster etc), and there was coffee and tea available. Bathroom was large and washing machine was available, although we had to get our own laundry detergent. There is no AC unit, but a floor fan was available.

If anything happens in the park, you will hear it. Closing windows helps with regular noise (talking etc), but if there is a party or loud group in the park, it gets noisy. Admittedly, we were there during heat wave where everybody was trying to hide in the shade and greenery, in the middle of World Cup with late night games and Germany was still in competition. I expect the park was more crowded than usual in any time of day and night.

Grosser Lift und gute Küche. Bett war bequem.

Keine Klimaanlage, Tramhsltestellen weit entfernt.

De ruimte van het appartement en de locatie

Weinig handdoeken geen koffie voor de 1e dag, slechte zonwering, helemaal eigenlijk niet, alleen gordijnen. Slecht werkende spoelbak in douche , slecht werkende koelkast en waterkoker. Weinig comfort in de woonkamer slecht zittende bank en vol vlekken.
