The apartment is located in the Choriner Höfe, a new construction project in the urban district Mitte. The Berliner Hof is redefined here with the latest architectural and urban concepts. The apartment is located on the ground floor, has a terrace and a small garden. The living room turns into a spacious veranda with soil depths windows and a glass door. In addition to the double bed you can win in a few steps two more sleeping options on the sofa. The Finnish and Danish design furniture persuade by its colorful and clear structure. The light and color concept was designed and created by our interior designer. The luxury Miele kitchen impresses with its design and functionality.
Underfloor heating, air conditioning system, oak parquet flooring, bathroom with bath tub and high quality tiles and fixtures, and innovative light objects are self-evident.

Wonderful apartment in a very nice neighborhood, close to several U-bahn stations and a very manageable walk to Alexanderplatz. I would certainly stay there again.

This well-managed apartment was ideal for our trip to see the sites of Berlin. It was warm, comfortable, well-equipped and situated in a safe complex of family homes. Transport links, shops and places to eat are all close by. It was a pleasure to stay there, and we felt well looked after in our communications with Andreas and with his representative, Valentin, who was there to greet us.

Ideal base to explore the city. Close to all public transport options, within walking distance of restaurants and alexanderplatz. There is work happening on the property that meant the outdoor space was unusable but this had been communicated prior to arrival. It was disappointing but unavoidable. We were so busy exploring that we only really slept in the apartment but it was perfect for a short stay

From the moment that we walked into the apartment, we knew that we had chosen the perfect spot for our stay! Full kitchen and great tub-shower combo. Wifi was excellent! It was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to all of the sites we wanted to see. Also, if you are looking to use any of the public transportation, it is conveniently located to the apartment...short steps away. Neighborhood is pleasant and safe with shopping, dining, and cafés in the immediate area.Strongly recommend a fabulous bakeshop called the Back Factory at Rosenthaler Platz. Andreas was the perfect host and and we were greeted upon arrival by his assistant, Max. Definitely will stay again on our next visit to Berlin. Thank you, Andreas!
