Location is perfect, rooms are perfect .
The price for the breakfast is not worth it and the quantity is bad. Being an IHG brand I would give the breakfast 1/10.

It is a nice place to stay. The staff were very friendly and flexible, and the check-in process was quick. The room was spacious, and the mattress had just the right firmness for a great night’s sleep.
The breakfast area was comfortable, and the breakfast itself was tasty, with a generous selection, excellent teas, and delicious pastries.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here.

We have been staying at this hotel for over 8 years, and during that time it has changed hands several times. The latest change to Holiday Inn, has unfortunately been the worst change so far. Such a shame given how great the hotel has previously been.
The original staff are and have always been amazing, friendly and helpful. The newer staff, are very disinterested, unhelpful, and by and large simply blunt, almost to the point of being slightly rude.
