    We think the owner upgraded our room to a bigger one, as it came with two balconies and an amazing view. During our stay, there was heavy snowfall, which made the experience even more special. There is no elevator, but the stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious, the heater worked well, and everything felt cozy. Breakfast is available; for Muslim guests, bread and boiled eggs were sufficient to fill the stomach. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, and we were very satisfied with the stay. There is a bus stop nearby, and it’s also walkable if you don’t have luggage.

    My son and I were traveling in Switzerland and I thought I booked the Hotel Alpina in Murren, but accidently booked the Hotel Alpina in Kandersteg! I asked the Hotel Alpina for a refund after my card was charged for the full price of the room, but they did not. I realize that the hotel has the right to enforce their cancellation policy and run their business as they choose, but I believe that holding so tight to policy and profit can distance us from our common humanity. I did share my concern with the Swiss travel agency and the Kandersteg Tourism office for their awareness. I am sure that there are hotels in Kanderstag that more perfectly reflect the five-star atmosphere. Sincerely, Geoff Snook

    For a budget room, this hotel exceeded expectations. It was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The breakfast was also surprisingly good — a nice bonus to start the day. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid stay at a great price.

    Odamız ve konumu iyiydi, otobüs durağına yakındı. Kahvaltıda hiçbir şey yoktu neredeyse kötüydü.
