Excellent location, very friendly and supportive staff, good facilities, nice swimming pool and relaxing area, good breakfast and an unforgettable view of the Matterhorn

The receptionist was really nice, entertaining questions and inquiries via email/messaging - communicable. arrived pretty late, but still allowed us to use the pool for even some minutes which is a very nice relaxing experience after a tiring day. we really appreciate the accommodation. breakfast is great as they can cook something for you upon request.

shuttle only runs 08.00 a.m. till 06.00 p.m., but is a short walk from the shuttle/train station especially if you know the shortcut that doesn't need to go through the stairs. Paid extra to get the Matterhorn view, which was all worth it, however, the room is not recommended for tall people as it's slanted due to the roof/gable end which will make it uncomfortable/almost impossible for tall people to take a bath at. a person who is 5'4" would be comfortable taking a bath there without hitting the ceiling

The location is very nice and the staff members were helpful.

I understand that single rooms are the cheapest option, but it just happened for me to travel on my own this time, so I didn’t want a double room. However, if I knew that my room would be on the -1 level, opposite to the laundry room and next to the spa I’d not book it. Woken up early every morning and it just didn’t feel like I was staying at a 4 star hotel… As well very poor breakfast. Wouldn’t come again
