A hotel to go back to

Very practical facing the train station, since we needed to go back and forth to ski resorts, without the noise of it! Rooms are spacious enough and all linen is in perfect condition. Lobby is very nice with its lively adjacent restaurant and staff is great.

The carpet in the room is the downside of it but it’s not that bad, the tap in one of the rooms wasn’t functioning well, and the shower was playing games between hot & cold, not ideal when it’s 2/3oC outside

A Very Nice Hotel

The Warwick is ideally situated in the centre of Geneva, with it just opposite the train station and just 15 mins from Geneva Airport. The room was comfortable and a good size, the hotel staff very helpful and friendly.

Uncomfortable and unfriendly

The only fliendly and accommodating staff were the group at breakfast and the gentleman at reception who booked us in.

The terrible unfriendliness of the staff, long waits at bar due to shortage of staff and the rooms were extremely tiny and outdated. In desperate need of a makeover and repair. I could not believe this was a four star hotel. Stayed in a 3 star in Brugge just before and the rooms were immaculate. Felt more like a four star.

Great hotel

Great breakfast, good selection of fruit, location near main train station where there is heaps of reasonably priced underground parking. Had a meal in the bar, food very nice. Very comfortable hotel. Friendly staff.

Ideal Location, Exceptional Comfort – Highly Recommended!

The location was excellent—right across from the main train station, with easy walking access to the lake and the old town. I loved the large window overlooking the street! The hotel room was spotless, with comfortable beds and pillows that gave us a truly restful sleep. Breakfast was fantastic—a generous continental spread with more variety than we expected. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome and appreciated. We were completely satisfied with our stay and would gladly return!

Great value and location right in Geneva with lots of restaurants steps away

Asked for a crib beforehand and had to ask the concierge twice before getting it to our room

First of all , our room was not ready when we arrived at check in time ! Imagine arriving with a tired hungry one year old who needs a change also and they simply tell me your room is not ready. I speak to the reception on how is this not acceptable , she shrugged and said we are fully booked and this is how it is I’ve been to 4 star hotels and 3 stars even no one ever replied in this way ! I then asked to check out early and if they can refund us the two nights , she said i can fully refund one night and i agreed ! I come home to find NO REFUND IS GIVEN despite our agreement ! They refund me 30 pound on a 200 pound a night So not only they gave me a bad service but also dishonest about our agreement and booking.com also ignored my several emails so even the application provided an unacceptable customer service

Excellent hotel with great restaurant near the train station.

The location was great. We had to be at the airport early. It was clean and the staff were friendly. Excellent sound-proofing, so it was quiet. The restaurant was excellent.

There was a slight musty smell in the hallway. However, the room was fine.

Got scammed

The location is the best about this property

The front desk staff are not very friendly… they canceled my fully paid reservation for no reason.. I asked to se the reservation department but the lady in the reception gave me a very bad attitude; that she even refused to look at my proof of payment. They also didn’t refund my money.

Great place to stay if you want to be near train station and restaurants. Not too far from the lake

Location is great right across the train station and all restaurants. The migro grocery shop is right across the hotel as well. We could walk to the lake and all other attractions in no more than 20 minutes. Great location

They just need to provide more convenient electric plugs near bed. Keep up with the times. The room itself is a bit dated, but it does the job.

The Warwick is a convenient and comfortable hotel in Geneva.

The hotel is adjacent to the main train station in Geneva. We arrived by train...so very convenient for us. We were only at the Warwick one night before a morning flight home. The hotel was convenient, comfortable and the reception staff was friendly, welcoming and professional. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the Warwick to other travelers.

Beautiful, easily accessible and friendly hotel

The hotel is situated in a really great and easily accessible location. The main train station is right by it and it’s a short 15 to 20 minute walk into the beautiful old town.

The pillows were slightly soft but not an issue for our one night stay!

Nice hotel but entitled guests spoilt the stay.

Great location as we were coming in and out by train. Friendly staff, nice buffet breakfast and we had a penthouse room with a fantastic balcony and view. Bed was comfortable.

We booked the penthouse floor as a treat and unfortunately we were right near the elevator but regardless of that the guests coming up and down and back up, slamming doors in groups speaking and laughing loudly back and forth in the corridor at all hours of the morning then partying and dragging furniture and slamming doors out on their terraces next to us meant we had 2 nights of little sleep…☹️ it’s a shame that floor seems like a party floor more than a quiet luxury retreat.

A bit disappointing

Staff were helpful, location good and food was OK.

Unfortunately the room was too hot to sleep comfortably with the the window closed, but too noisy to sleep well with the window shut. I tried to lower the temperature by adjusting the air conditioning but I did not succeed.

Good stay

Location is amazing, 2 minutes walk to train station subway & McDonalds near the hotel. Room was a bit small, I got a room with a terrace it was nice but bit noisy because it was near the residents terrace. Air conditioning went off twice during the stay. Electric Kettle was dirty which was unexpected from a nice place, talked to the manager and got it replaced with a new one. The room I got has the narrow aisle and door. Overall my stay was fair to good. Due to location, hotel staff and the quality of the place 👌

Terrible.

Breakfast was excellent.

Air conditioner and fan were turned off and did not work. The room became extremely stuffy.... had to open the window all night.... because of that the outside noises disrupted the sleep. When I complained to the front desk... the answer I got was a shrug and was told they could not do anything. I will avoid this hotel on my next trip.
