A beautiful and well-maintained hotel offering a spa, an excellent breakfast, attentive service, and great rooms.
The spa and sauna should be accessible later than 21:00, especially on colder days. The pool could be heated in colder season. The staff at the spa reception was somewhat unfriendly. When I asked if she spoke English, she responded in a rather abrupt and unkind manner. I would not expect this level of service at a hotel of this standard. The luggage storage after checkout could be more secure.

The hotel was lovely, breakfast was fantastic, the pools were nice. Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Also the restaurant in the venting was really good.
I tried to book spa treatments days before arrival and everything looked booked. So tried again at the hotel and gave my number but no one called. There was nothing for my 4 days stay. I think it is a real shame I wasn’t able to get any treatments at a spa hotel. And it didn’t even look so busy.
