Everything except first day´s breakfast. The hotel is very well located to explore Stade.

The breakfast crew was a bit overwhelmed on the first day, first scrambled eggs where missing, when those arrived there were no more plates... On the second day it seemed to work much better.

Excellent location, comfortable & clean rooms, nice breakfast .

Nice location, easy parking, great beds in rooms! Flexible to get us dinner even though we arrived much later than expected!

A bit difficult about some details -- like storing baggage whist we explore Stade for an hour. Note we travel with four open-top classic cars, thus safe storage in car is impossible. Dinner was strange -- we had to make a reservation but there was NO ONE there at 8 pm ??

There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room you have to pay extra to get it from a machine in the hallway.

Nice place to go

Staff is very friendly and the hotel located perfectly in front of the local port and pub area.

Corona regulations slightly overdone. Wearing plastic gloves at the breakfast buffet is just too much. Also the restaurant closed on a Sunday evening is a bit unpleasant.

Breakfast was varied and tasty. Our room looked westwards onto the harbour, that cost extra, but was worth it. Coffee capsules and tea in the room. Cafés, restaurants and cinema complex nearby. E-bikes for hire in the lobby (I think)

The loud deaerator in the bathroom went into action with switching on the light and ran for about seven minutes after switching it off. The towels were changed every day. The railway station is reachable on foot but it's a bit of a walk.
