Good location, clean rooms, dog friendly and next to the park. Better than expected breakfast. Good enough for a short stay.
Maintenance issues in rooms; we did not get the rooms we requested on booking which defeats the purpose of selecting specific rooms. Changed rooms a few times due to this and maintenance issues. Don’t expect your call to reception to be answered and prep for the walk to convey anything you need.

Convenient location
Unpleasant smell in the room. Also the water from the faucet had air in it, which resulted in brown water. It was back to normal after leaving the water running for 10 minutes.
Under the bed I found a grape, so cleaning could be better.
