Frühstück, Lage, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit des Personals, alles bestens.
Einziger Kritikpunkt: im schön renovierten Bad gibt es keinerlei Ablage-/Abstellmöglichkeiten für selbst mitgebrachte Pflegeutensilien. Da ist Improvisation gefordert und man fragt sich, warum das so ist. Außerdem: die Handhabung des hauseigenen Föns/Haartrockners ist sehr fummelig und so nicht zumutbar. Das konnten wir kompensieren durch die Nutzung unseres eigenen Föns.

Frühstück sehr umfangreich und gut. Alles was man braucht und alles sehr lecker.
Wurde angemerkt, das die Zimmerreinigung vor Ankunft besser werden muss.

Super Lage, in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß das Schloss und die Innenstadt erreichbar. Sehr gutes Frühstück, abwechslungsreich und mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft.

Nice architecture, easy parking and lovely staff
I asked for rooms nearest the lift for my father who cannot climb stairs, and the hotel kindly sorted this for me. However, the reception area is physically locked up each night so the lift is inaccessible from 22:00. After this, there are only the stairs up to the rooms. A hotel phone rings out a member of staff who came within 10 minutes to open reception and allow access to the lift again but it was very frustrating to stand in a stair lobby for 10 minutes. I think it should be clear there is no lift after 22:00.
