Alles prima. Optimale Lage für kurzen Aufenthalt und Stadtbummel, Sightseeing, Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten im Hof für €5,- am Tag. Leckeres Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal.
An den Güterbahnverkehr bis in die späten Abendstunden muss man sich etwas gewöhnen.

Elegant building. Breakfast was good and the staff seemed ok. Location was good (albeit the proximity to the road and railway means it's noisy)
Our room in the roof floor was very hot and the bed squeaked and moved whenever one of us rolled. There was no fan or AC and at 2am I couldn't work out how to release the safety lock on the window, meaning that we had only a 5mm gap to provide any ventilation. It was deeply uncomfortable and neither my partner nor I slept well. I was utterly exhausted in the morning. Would suggest these double rooms are not good for two sharing the bed or, given the heat situation, for visiting in spring/summer.
