Clean, secure, kind
The windows are not fully opening and for an asthmatic person staying there could be a risk because the carpet smells like its being cleaned regularly with hard cleaning agents. Normally its amazing for the sake of being clean but the whole combination triggered my asthma too much. i hope they convert some of the rooms into carpetless/accessible rooms with fully openable windows.

It is extremely convenient for attending the Messe as you travel against the crowd. 1 minute walk from the station with large choice of food outlets around and something I personally like - no fancy trappings and pretentious luxury but calm efficiency. Simple, compact but comfortable rooms. Good breakfast.
Lack of a few simple but very basic items like a kettle and coffee/tea facilities in the rooms. Wi-Fi never worked
